"Our annual meeting (Annual Parochial Church Meeting or APCM) is taking place this year on Sunday 1st May 2022. It will form part of our Sunday morning service which begins at 10.30am. The meeting will take place at St John’s Church but we will also be streaming the service/meeting on Zoom. If you would like log in details for the Zoom meeting please do contact the Parish Office who will be very happy to share these. The meeting is an opportunity to look back and give thanks to God for his provision over the past year and to look forward to next year, offering our plans to God. We will also be electing Church Wardens and 5 PCC (Parochial Church Council) members and commissioning them as they start this new year of service.
Annually as the APCM draws near we revise our electoral roll to ensure that it is fully up to date. We displayed the notice of revision in accordance with the required timescales, and the amended 2022 electoral roll was ready for publication by Sunday 17th April, 14 days before the APCM as required by the Church of England. The electoral roll is on display at both church centres. If you would like to check what details we have on the electoral roll for you please email the parish office."
