Accessibility/capacity at venue? 

• capacity of people is 60-70.
• Disability access: level access through out building (car park is gravelled, footpath/entrance is slope paved).
• Car park with bike lock up.
• Foot path & car entrance from St John’s Street.
• Bus stop on St John’s Street (please see bus timetable to view routes).

What can i bring when hiring the hall? 

• Bluetooth speakers can be used (not provided).
• Hall can accommodate bouncy castles (please ensure you select delivery/collection within your hire time).
• Decorations including banners and balloons etc are welcome, pleasure ensure no damage to walls or ceiling and any confetti is removed from floors.
• Food/Drink; catering is welcome (please ensure arrival/exit is within your hire time).
• Alcohol is not to be consumed on premises unless you hold an alcohol license which must be displayed during your hire time. Strictly No smoking in the building/on site.

What can i use when hiring the hall? 

• Kitchen: access to 6 ring gas cooker, water heater, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator (please do not amend temperature) and crockery/cutlery. Serving counter with shutter to Hall. Please follow Kitchen health, safety & hygiene policy displayed in Kitchen.
• Toilets: Baby changing; wheelchair access.
• 6 long tables seating up to 8-10 (recommended to bring table cloths/covers to protect tables).
• Car park is available with parking for 30+ cars.
• Projector, Screen (not bluetooth - please ensure you have appropriate HDMI/USB to 2-pin converter for your selected device).
• Cleaning materials are available to use (any rubbish to be bagged up and placed in bins outside before leaving building).
• Tower fans & small heaters available, heating is included in your hire charge.
• Colour spot lighting.

How do i pay for my hire? 

• Payment must be made before your hire use, this can be discussed with administrator upon booking. Invoice is given once signing of Hall Terms & Agreements form is completed.
• £50 deposit is added to hire charge, and refunded as per building inspection and return of door key given.
• Payments can be payable via BACS or cheque (we do not hold a card machine on site).
