"Our annual meeting (Annual Parochial Church Meeting or APCM) is taking place this year on Sunday 25th April 2021. It will form part of our Sunday morning service which begins at 10.30am. The meeting will take place at St John’s Church but we will also be streaming the service/meeting on Zoom. If you would like log in details for the Zoom meeting please do contact the Parish Office who will be very happy to share these. The meeting is an opportunity to look back and give thanks to God for his provision over the past year and to look forward to next year, offering our plans to God. We will also be electing Church Wardens and 3 PCC (Parochial Church Council) members and commissioning them as they start this new year of service. In the coming weeks more information about the APCM, including various notices and reports, will be uploaded to this page.
Annually as the APCM draws near we revise our electoral roll to ensure that it is fully up to date. We displayed the notice of revision on the 28th March and in the weekly notices since advised that if your details have changed or if you would like to check what details we have on the electoral roll for you to please email the Parish Office and we would ensure that any necessary amendments were taken into account. The amended 2021 electoral roll was ready for publication on Sunday 11th April, 14 days before the APCM as required by the Church of England." - Rev. Vicki Bryson
With thanks to the Diocese of London for providing the answers! If you would like any further specific clarification on any of the above within the context of St John's & St Leonard's speak to a current PCC member or Church Warden or with Rev. Vicki Bryson.
